All those who aspire to lead (in any capacity) must learn to speak well. Most of us (like me) have learnt a lot from the experience of the talks we have given (hundreds of talks in my case, including many tens of public talks), but that may not be the best way to learn.

A few years ago I came across a Melbourne based company started by two ladies. I was impressed by a presentation they gave. Over the years, they've grown bigger. They've not only got a website, but have been providing a free e-book to help people – and free videos. I'm linking three short videos, below. This is particularly useful for FTI members.
