It appears that astonishing draconian powers have been enacted by the government of India to enable a PRIVATE citizen who has suffered NO LOSS OF PERSONAL REPUTATION, to lodge a complaint against a tweet about the Prime Minister of India!
Such a complaint by someone without ANY locus standi should never have been admitted, and the plaintiff severely penalised for mischievous litigation. But apparently the complaint has been admitted for hearing.
Kiran, I believe you should aim to bring about change from INSIDE parliament, but I'm with you in your assessment of MMS.
MMS, by the way, is not blind. He is directly involved in corruption.
He knows TOO much about how Congress works, unless he is not just blind but deaf and dumb. That he chooses TOTAL inaction is a DELIBERATE choice to promote corruption and misgovernance.
NOT ONE ANTI-CORRUPTION REFORM HE HAS BROUGHT ABOUT IN HIS TWENTY YEARS OF PUBLIC LIFE. Hands in glove is the word.
