Sanjeev : I’ll do it. Would also love to know the progress on DoF. Is it likely to be published in the near future?
Thanks, Sameer. DoF is unfortunately still work in progress. I haven’t had much time to look at it for a while, and generally work on it in bursts by taking leave (2-3 weeks at a time). I’ve just spent 3 weeks going to India, so don’t know if I can take leave soon. Expect another 2 years to completion, at the current rate.
