I've written some stern words about Montek Singh Ahluwalia in BFN.

No economist worth his salt can possibly work in the "Planning Commission". "Planning" violates the most basic laws of economics. Montek, therefore is not an economist but a pretend-economist – in my reckoning.

On top of all this "planning" that he does, he even purports to predict the inflation rate of India!

Finally, though, a ray of light seems to be entering his head:

"It is true that we were hoping that this (moderation in inflation) will happen earlier, to that extent our credibility becomes a question," [Source]

Montek, stop being silly. Your job is not to try to predict such things anyway.

Your job is to GET OUT OF THE WAY of the Indian citizen.

Why do you support this rotten, corrupt, socialist government? Get some self-respect. Resign. SHUT DOWN THE PLANNING COMMISSION.

Of course, if you continue down your path, your legacy will inevitably end up in mud, as a supporter of socialism.
